Volovanes rellenos de bechamel con gambas, mejillones y champis

Ingredientes:

Bechamel con gambas, champis y mejillones hecha con fumet de pescado

volovanes de hojaldre

Preparación:

rellenar los volovanes con la bechamel, echar queso rallado por encima y gratinar al horno.
